Hello from this ole fossil who has been going to our mission of 200+ churches in Honduras for 61 years. This year on February 2, 2025 I dropped dead 4-5 weeks after returning from Honduras. God rebooted my heart after 6 minutes. No defibrillator did that! My precious wife prayed and God did the rest!
Since the Lord revived me, God has used his people who came alongside our mission, to honor us, by allowing close to 6000 young people to respond to the anointing of the Holy Spirit and they gave their lives to Jesus! Our women's ministry had a beautiful meeting of their leaders in 6 states of Honduras. All of our 200+ churches are actively sharing the Word of the Gospel of Christ Jesus in 245 different places weekly in Honduras!!!
Now, I am asking you to pray over all these wonderful people . We need a mighty miracle of financial help to continue serving others in love. I will be 76 in January and I am not as successful as I once was in raising funds. It takes lots of funds to run a church. It takes much more to oversee a mission as large as ours. Please pray for us. I want to serve my Lord until my last breath and I want to do it in a better, more effective way than I ever have. I need some help. Would you be willing to call some churches and ask if they could come alongside us. Would you be willing to share our story or have me come and share my story about our wonderful people and the experiences that I have had since 1964 as a 14 year old? Here is my promise. I will do everything I can to improve my efforts in serving others in love.
Our next big impact on Honduras will be November 1, 2025. We have asked Evangelist Alfredo Nuños from Bradenton, FL to deliver a one night Gospel message to approximately 30,000 people in the City of Olanchito, Yoro, Honduras. His wonderful organization has paid all of the costs ($10,000s of thousands)to do this for us. We have laid the groundwork with over 200 churches in that state to be ready to receive thousands into their churches. These churches are from various denominations, and non-affiliated ones as well. We have met with over 200 businesses, school leaders, coaches, and Christian organizations, in preparations.
We need an immediate $50,000 just to catch up since I went down. I am aware of all the requests you receive and I don't ask often in an open letter but should the Holy Spirit lead you to give I will be grateful and apply it immediately to the needs in Honduras.
